2026 R U OK? Day
On Thursday, 10 September we hosted our annual R U OK? Day, encouraging our students to spread kindness, connection and support throughout our College community.
A huge thank you to our wonderful Student Services team and the many staff who helped organise a range of meaningful lunchtime activities designed to highlight the importance of checking in with others and starting conversations that could make a difference.
Students were delighted to receive a token to redeem for a free cookie or bag of lollies, were mesmerised by the magic of Toby Z, and had plenty of fun posing with props in the popular photo booth, courtesy of Bliss Photography.
There was something for everyone to enjoy, including table tennis, Nintendo Switch games, badge and bracelet making, plus delicious treats available to buy from Mumma J’s Bakery Van and Coco’s Ice Cream Van.
R U OK? Day was a valuable reminder that a simple conversation can mean so much. We hope you’ll join us in asking someone, “Are you OK?” today and taking the time to listen.
