The final night for Arts Week was “Slaves to the Sheet” Music Night on Wednesday, 5 September. A fabulous finale with the Music students (mainly Year 12s) performing their original songs from their CD that they produced.
Congratulations must go to Lizzie Lysons and the peripatetic teacher Craig for their motivation and work with the students to perform at such a sophisticated level. It was really impressive the way the students all worked together (on stage and back stage) to ensure each performance was well set up and supported.
There was a strong feeling of collegiality and positivity and hopefully everyone left feeling inspired and impressed by our talented Arts students and their efforts.
A copy of the CD “Slaves to the Sheet” can be purchased from the College Reception for $12 a copy.
