Year 12 Student Surveys

Each year students are asked to complete some surveys so we can monitor the College’s effectiveness in providing a high-quality education as well as gain valuable information about our students and their wellbeing.

This survey gives us an overview of your time at the College and a follow up from the 2024 Wellbeing survey completed in Year 11.

Students need their WA Student Number (and surname as recorded on SIS) to log into the survey which will be provided by Mentor teachers.
