State or National Representation Application Form

The College proudly acknowledges students who have been selected to represent our state or nation in a sport/activity by presenting them with a Certificate and a $100 scholarship which is deducted from the student’s College charges. 

For students to be eligible to receive the scholarship they must complete the application form and return to the Front Office with the supporting documentation.

CRITERIA FOR SCHOLARSHIP

  • Current student represents WA or Australia in their chosen sport or athletic endeavour. This includes all WA state junior or senior teams.
  • Includes sports such as swimming and surf lifesaving, where the structure of the sport involves students representing their club at national championships.
  • Students must complete the application form and return to the Front Office with the supporting documentation (proof of attendance at competition).

The scholarship will be credited to the student’s College Charges account after the student competes at the national championships. With parent permission, the student’s success will be shared with the College community via social media and at College assemblies.
