Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (BGPA) Traineeship Program

The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (BGPA) is soon to commence advertising for its annual Horticultural Traineeship Program. Applications will open in early October via the WA Government Jobs Board, for commencement in January 2023.

The traineeships are full time positions, combined with formal study at TAFE leading to a Certificate II or III in Horticulture. The traineeships are fixed-term 12 month positions, with the possibility of extension depending on the qualification level attained.

Trainees may work across several of Kings Park and Botanic Garden's operational areas during the course of the traineeship, including the Nursery, Display Gardens, Turn, Bushland or Arboriculture.

Applications for the WA Police Cadet Program are now open and close on 30 October 2022.

MacMahon provides opportunities for entry-level and mature age apprentices to build a career in the mining industry and gain nationally-recognised trades for: HD Fitters, Boilermakers, Auto Electricians.
