On Tuesday, 8 March the College Amphitheatre and student car park had its official opening.  

Students and guests were entertained by former MSC students Daniel Ang and Emily Hodson who performed James Bay’s ‘Let it Go.  WA Academy of Performing Arts singer Mia Formentin and guitarist Jack Maher performed ‘Valerie’ by Amy Winehouse and ‘Crazy’ by Gnarls Barkley.

The College would like to thank Mayor Tracey Roberts JP, Assistant Regional Executive Director Paul Meacock, Ian Goodenough MP, Edith Cowan Vice Chancellor Steve Chapman for attending.  Mindarie Primary School Associate Principal, Andrea White and Student Councillors Gary Burstein and Vienna Hjelte-Lachs also took time out of their school day to attend.  At the end of the opening they had the opportunity to chat to MSC Student Councillors about the College and what to expect when they attend.

After the ceremony student and guests enjoyed light refreshments provided by Mrs Wendy Clarkson and her Year 12 Catering Mentor.
