The International School for Holocaust Studies

Congratulations go to Chis Suckling who has been selected by the Gandel Institiute to go to Israel to complete a 3 week study program at Yad Vashem. This is a fully funded tour and only 20 educators are chosen from across Australia.

Ms Suckling will get the opportunity to visit Schlinder’s grave with people that he helped save and this will give her a better insight into teaching the Holocaust experience.

Ms Suckling is quoted to have said: "The opportunity to visit Jerusalem is something that I have always wanted to do and I look forward to bringing back my newfound knowledge to my classes."
