Course Outline

This course covers a range of sports science topics.  Knowledge is gained through both theoretical and practical experiences.  The course time is divided between theoretical and practical components. However, the course is weighted 70/30 in favour of the theory component of the course. Students will be required to sit both theory and practical exams. For this reason, physical prowess alone will not be sufficient to be successful in this course.

Students are required to actively participate in all modules of the course to the best of their ability.

Practical modules selected for each class will be dependent upon the specific expertise of the teacher and resources and facilities available to the class.
