Course Outline

This Course gives students an insight into the exciting world of business. It simulates an office environment, with the aim of equipping students with knowledge in communicating with customers, service delivery, using business technology, working effectively and efficiently and processing and completing office documentation. Students will gain insight into the daily administrative tasks associated with operating a business and record keeping and the creation of spreadsheets will ensure students have the industry knowledge needed to be successful in the workplace in the future.
